After more than a year of brainstorming with the clients to develop a new restaurant concept combining South American gastronomy, signed by chef Yves Mattagne**, and after dinner parties, the Poncho is born.

The decor of the restaurant is in perfect harmony with the cuisine, with an atmosphere that's both warm and inviting with subtle touches of South American design.

iLight has also developed and programmed the sound system which is curated by D&B.

The gamble paid off for the owners that are innovating constantly for their different venues.

This new address is likely to be the new place to be.
